图片过滤器公投呼吁

根据理事会的要求，维基媒体基金会将举行关于图片过滤器的公投，以决定社群成员是否支持创建一个自愿加入的个人图片过滤器，以方便读者为自己过滤某些特定的图片。

更多的细节和指导性内容将很快发布。公投定于2011年8月12日至27日于中立第三方的服务器上进行。公投的细节、官方负责人员、投票人资格以及其他材料将很快发布在m:Image filter referendum。
